BitNa Jewellery – Warranty Policy

At BitNa, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We offer a 6-month warranty on all jewelry items from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Broken clasps or chains due to normal wear
  • Stone settings that become loose under normal use

If your item is found to be faulty within 6 months, we will gladly offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

  • Tarnishing, fading, or plating wear due to water, perfumes, or chemicals
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper storage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • General wear and tear over time

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at admin@bitnaco.com with:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase
  2. A photo of the item and a brief explanation of the issue

We will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only with original proof of purchase
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items
  • Warranty claims are limited to one per item
