Refund policy

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

    • Items must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage

    • Items must be returned with all original packaging (e.g. box, pouch, tags)

    • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

    • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or incorrect purchases

    • Returns are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only

     

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    • Sale items – All sale purchases are final

      Note: Black Friday Sale items are excluded from this condition.

    How to Return

    • Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your item

    • Include your order number and reason for return

    • We will provide instructions for returning the item

    • Once approved, store credit or exchange will be processed

     

    Important Notes

    We do not issue refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

    • Items returned without prior approval may be declined and returned to sender

    • BitNa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above condition
