Shipping policy

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse QLD.
  • Orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, weekends, sale periods and shipping delays that are beyond our control.

  • The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. Shipping times may vary for products on Pre-Order.

  • Delivery time is an estimate only.
  • BitNa is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

    • For any orders that are ‘Returned To Sender’ due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may apply.
